Introduction
The latest European technology system develops ECOO-INK-C printing
ink. It is made from polymeric, high-soluble resin, and a
newly-invented paste pigment. This product is suitable for printing
packaging, advertisements, labels, high-quality brochures, and
decorative products on art paper, coated paper, offset paper,
cardboard, etc., and especially for medium and high-speed printing.

Producing And Packaging
Our factory is located in Shanghai. It has two producing plants and
an independent oil-producing line. The productivity reaches up to
4000000 tons. It is certified by ISO, Rohs. You can visit at any

Tips
Tips before ink processing and after processing.
Do not judge the color of ink by the looking into the package only.
All inks appear in thick layers the container darker and dirtier as
in the print. You may mistake the black to the blue or red. You may
find bubbles in the ink which is nitrogen mixed in to exclude
oxidative drying problems. Do not worry, the bubbles will disappear
on the rolls of the inking unit and will not lead to printing
problems.
During longer print interruptions the rolls have to be cleaned and
ink in the ink duct has to be sprayed on with antioxidants.
Remove skin whenever you find it in the opened container regardless
of how small the skin is.
Inks which was mixed with printing aids should not filled back to
the original ink.

Q1: What to do for specific color requirements from our company?
A: We offer customers inks in specific colors or ink with specific
characteristics sometimes, like drying speed, smell, resistance to
fading, and gloss. Please send us a detailed ink sample or Pantone
no# so that we can produce it carefully for you. |

Q2: How to store offset printing ink?
A: The ideal process and storage temperature for offset inks is
between 18ºC-25ºC. If the offset inks are too high in viscosity due
to storing at low temperatures problems may occur due to
insufficient flow in the duct and picking at sensitive stocks. If
the inks will be processed in higher temperatures, so because of
low viscosity misting, ink/water problems or high sot gain may
occur.
The ink cans have to be stored vertically standing under the
exclusion of daylight.
