- Payment Term: 30% deposit, 70% before shipping
- Warranty: One year warranty(For machine parts, we have one year guarantee.
For motor, three months guarantee. For spare parts touching with
ink, such as ink sat, ink pump, printhead, we have no guarantee.
It's all the same in the market.)
- Installation and Training:We help the installation through online Video , if you have problem
when you use the machine, we will train you online. These are all
for free. If needed, we can also send engineers to your place, but
you need to pay their travel expense.
