4. Package Of Our Ink
Our ink is typically packaged in aluminum cans, available in 1 kg
or 2.5 kg sizes, and vacuum-sealed for secure transportation. For
larger quantities, 6 or 12 drums are packed in a carton with
partition boards to prevent collisions and ensure safe delivery.
Our standard packaging features multiple protective layers and a
thoughtful design to maintain product integrity.
5. Knowledge of Sheet Offset Printing Ink, Web Offset Printing Ink
And UV Ink, Digital Printing Ink.
Offset printing ink is primarily used in lithographic offset
presses and is characterized by its thickness and tackiness.
Comprising three components—the ink vehicle, pigment, and
additives—offset printing ink is versatile, and suitable for both
web and sheet-fed printing. While web offset printing ink tends to
be more fluid with less tack, sheet offset lithographic ink offers
specific advantages.
UV ink, also known as UV-curable ink, dries rapidly, allowing
presses to operate at faster speeds with minimal offsetting risk.
This type of ink boasts enhanced color vibrancy and glossiness due
to reduced absorption into the substrate. Moreover, UV ink emits
lower levels of organic solvents, making it ideal for printing on
non-porous materials like plastic.
Digital printing ink, on the other hand, is directly transferred
onto surfaces without the need for aluminum plates or rubber
blankets. This liquid ink dries quickly, facilitating efficient
printing processes.
6. Tips Before Ink Processing And After Processing.
Ⅰ. Avoid judging the color of ink solely by its appearance in the
package. Ink may appear darker and dirtier in the container than it
does when printed. Mistaking black for blue or red is a common
error.
Ⅱ. Bubbles may be present in the ink due to the inclusion of
nitrogen during production to prevent oxidative drying issues.
These bubbles will dissipate on the rolls of the inking unit and
should not cause printing problems.
Ⅲ. During extended print interruptions, clean the rolls and spray
antioxidants on the ink in the ink duct to prevent drying.
Ⅳ. Always remove any skin that forms on the surface of the ink in
the opened container, regardless of its size.
Ⅴ. Inks that have been mixed with printing aids should not be
returned to the original ink container.

FAQ
Q1: How can we accommodate specific color requirements from our
company?
A: We can provide inks in specific colors or with specific
characteristics upon request, such as drying speed, odor,
resistance to fading, and gloss. Please send us detailed ink
samples or Pantone numbers so that we can produce them to your
specifications.
Q2: How should offset printing ink be stored?
A: Offset inks should ideally be stored and processed at
temperatures between 18ºC and 25ºC. Storing at low temperatures may
lead to viscosity issues while storing at high temperatures can
result in misting, ink/water problems, or increased dot gain. Store
ink cans vertically, away from direct sunlight.
Q3: Can I request a sample?
A: We are happy to provide free samples for testing. Typically, we
offer a set of ink weighing 4kg (1kg per can) for free, but we
kindly request assistance with air courier freight costs. However,
this cost can be reimbursed with your first order.
