CTCP Processless Plate (Development on Press)
ECOO-H is a new green printing product suitable for thermal CTP
platesetters. There is no need of any processing steps before
mounting exposed plates on press. It can be put on press directly
without processing. The plate ensures good performance, such as
excellent dot reproduction, wide exposure latitude, good latent
image and plate-making stability, and long run length.

Attention
1. After imaging exposure, the longest time at which a plate can be
placed without affecting the printing quality is latent image
stabilization.
2. The paper number of the start-up is the paper number at a loss
from the first paper to provide a completely clean background.
3. Printing methods: firstly clean the ink on the rubber blanket
with washing water, run the water roller for 30 to 60 seconds, and
then close the ink roller to run for 20-40 seconds finally start
paper printing

Q1: Can I get a sample?
A: Yes, we are happy to provide samples for testing. We usually
offer 5-15 pieces of plates for free, but we kindly ask for your
support with the air courier freight, which can be credited back to
you on your first order.
Q2: What is the cost for the CTP plate sample freight?
A: The air freight cost depends on the packing size, weight, and
delivery destination. Alternatively, you can arrange the pick-up
service with your local agent.
Q3: How long does it take to prepare the sample?
A: It typically takes about 3 days to prepare the sample.
Q4: Can I visit your factory?
A: Yes, you are warmly welcome to visit our factory! We are located
in Hangzhou city, which is about 1.5 hours by train from Shanghai.
Q5: How many square meters of CTP plates can fit in a 20'
container?
A: Approximately 20,000-25,000 square meters.
