A: Yes, we are happy to provide samples for testing. We usually offer 5-15 pieces of plates for free, but we kindly ask for your support with the air courier freight, which can be credited back to you on your first order.

A: The air freight cost depends on the packing size, weight, and delivery destination. Alternatively, you can arrange the pick-up service with your local agent.

Q3: How long does it take to prepare the sample?

A: It typically takes about 3 days to prepare the sample.

Q4: Can I visit your factory?

A: Yes, you are warmly welcome to visit our factory! We are located in Hangzhou City, which is about 1.5 hours by train from Shanghai.
